How to reschedule a booking?

  1. Go to the Search box and locate the service that you want to reschedule.
  2. Next, tap on the “Reschedule” button and follow the instructions to proceed.
  3. Now, choose the preferable time and click on the Submit button. 

How to know if my request is confirmed?

Once you accomplish the booking procedure, you will get a confirmation through SMS or Email or on your registered Whatsapp number. The confirmation will contain the information about the booking details, and other request placed along with it.

How can I contact the professionals?

You get all the contact details by going to the Project sections of the ADS app. Tap on the Project button, and select the contact details of the professional assigned to you. Chat or call our certified professionals to clear your queries.

When will the professionals reach for delivering service?

Our reliable professionals will reach you based on the mentioned time and place. We keep track of the initiation of the work. The professionals will be providing on-time guidance. If you encounter any issues our support desk will remain in contact with you. If the service does not start with the prescribed time, feel free to raise a complaint.

How can I rate and review the service of professionals?

Once the professionals are done with their job, you will be prompted to leave feedback. You can rate the service as well as the professionals. However, if you have any suggestions, you can state that as well. Moreover, you can modify the ratings or reviews within 30 days after availing the service.

How can I book the same professional again who delivered my last service?

All the customers can easily book their preferred professionals from the ADS app. All you need to do is,

  1. Open the app from your Android or iOS devices, select your preferred service and put your address. 
  2. You will get a list of professionals who helped you with prompt service earlier, choose a suitable one form that list. 
  3. You will get to see the details of the professional and the time slot when the professional will be available. 
  4. Select your preferred date and time and wait for the professionals to arrive.

The professionals have the right to accept or decline a service request.

3. Paying for Services

How to pay for the services?

You can make the payment of the service in two ways. Pay for the respective services, at the time of booking. Or, pay after getting the service. And, if you are paying after the service delivery, make sure to take the payment receipt.

We provide ADS Insurance Protection only for our registered customers. We have different payment methods:

  1. Net Banking (for every popular bank)
  2. Debit or Credit Cards
  3. Cash

How to use ADS coins?

  1. ADS coins are applicable to the ADS App (For both Android and iOS users)
  2. While making online payments, for any service, you can utilize the ADS coins.
  3. The ADS coins add up to your account after every online transaction. 

What is the Refund Policy?

Once you are done with cancelling the service request, the refund will automatically get transferred into your account via your chosen payment method. The process takes 5-7 business days. For example: If you have paid for service through Debit Card, the total amount will be credited into your bank account.
